James joined AMR after graduating from the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture in 2007 with a Bachelor of Architecture, and minor emphasis in Italian. As a resident of downtown Little Rock, James is particularly interested in urban environments, and has led a number of design projects in the area.

James’s experience have afforded him the opportunity to work on all facets of design, from development and marketing, to schematic design through construction administration. In recent years, James has had a focus in urban residential and hospitality design. Working directly with developers and city boards, James has experience in what it takes to move a project from a client’s vision to reality.
