THE CLAYTON

The Clayton on Scott is a 48-unit one and two-bedroom apartment complex located two blocks west of the Arkansas Arts Center on Scott Street between 9th and 10th Street. The Clayton on Scott can boast as the first significant multi-family development south of 9th Street in the heart of the MacArthur Park Historic District. It is the third ground-up multi-family project built in downtown Little Rock in 35 years. 

The Clayton on Scott compliments the historic architecture found in the neighborhoods surrounding MacArthur Park.
