One block away from the Griffin Music Hall and downtown El Dorado, Arkansas, The Haywood is in the heart of the Murphy Arts District.  This ground-up, 4 story hotel was built on a surface parking lot that once housed a hotel in the early 20th century.  The Haywood helps reconnect the fabric of the downtown and will support the growth and rebirth of this Southern Arkansas city. The hotel features a relaxing front porch, bar, and den with boutique interiors along with 70 guest rooms featuring work by Arkansas artists hand selected by Shelby Cotton, a Little Rock-based designer.
