Villa Vue is a 35-unit apartment complex at the corner of Scott and East 13th Street. The one-and-two bedroom apartments are in close proximity to MacArthur Park, the River Market, and the downtown business district.

This project is designed as an effort to affect motivation in the revitalization movement of the SoMA area of Little Rock.
